Don Chuy’s Frame N’ Pour is a small, family-run construction company based in Los Angeles, built on hard work, respect, and a willingness to learn. After years of working in the trade and learning from the ground up, Jesus Garcia took a leap of faith to start something of his own — not to chase fame, but to provide honest work and build a better future for his family.

Born and raised in East LA, Jesus grew up surrounded by grit, culture, and the unspoken pride that comes with being Latino in a working-class city. He learned early what it means to hustle, to respect the craft, and to take pride in your name — and he carries those values into every job.

We specialize in framing and concrete, offering reliable service, fair prices, and a commitment to doing things right. We don’t cut corners, we show up on time, and we take pride in every project, big or small.

This company is named after the man behind the work — a son of East LA, a husband, a father, a builder — who believes that with God, grit, and a good crew, anything is possible.
